Invitation to Present and Participate
You and your company are invited to present at PROSPEX 2026 to be held at The Royal Air Force Club on Monday 9 March.
Presentations can include any energy project farmout or opportunity, including exploration & production deals, bid rounds and licence or acreage promotions. Presentations on farmout finance, legal frameworks and regulatory guidance are also invited.
Sessions at PROSPEX 2026 include:

As a promoter at PROSPEX 2026, you can book:

- Prospector Stand | £500 + VAT *
- Prospector Poster & Fliers | £300 + VAT *
- Sponsorship Opportunities | from £1000 + VAT *
* Incl. delegate registration fees.
How to participate and register:
- Visit the PROSPEX 2026 registration page to process your booking(s).
- To book a 7-minute presentation, a prospector stand or a poster, email events@ges-gb.org.uk as soon as possible to reserve your slot.
- To book a sponsorship package, email nick@ges-gb.org.uk or view the Sponsorship Brochure.
- If you cannot attend PROSPEX 2026 in-person, we can present and promote your Farmout in you absence (fees apply).
Please note that all applications to participate will need to be qualified by the organisers, who reserve the right to decline registration.
